The Redlands Community Scholarship Foundation was founded in 1966.
Inspired citizens created a memorial to Mr. Kenneth M. Hurlbert,
Assistant Superintendent of the Redlands Unified School District.
Composed of corporate members, this organization receives gifts, bequests and donations,
disbursing the money in scholarships annually to Redlands Unified School District graduates.
The average award for 2014-2015 was $850.
The highest was $10,000 and the minimum award was $500.
