After you have read the following IMPORTANT instructions,
click on the link at the BOTTOM of this PAGE to start your
Interactive access to the On-Line Submission page
WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE for submitting applications,
from 8:00 A.M. January 20 to 3:00 P.M. February 3, 2017.
You must use the RCSF specific UserName and Password
available from your English 12 teacher on January 18th or 19th.
If you are absent, get this information on/after January 20th,
from your counselor.
The application has been divided into 35 separate pages.
Click on the "SUBMIT/SAVE" button, (at the bottom of each page)
to save your information on that page.
You can come back to any page and make changes.
You do not have to complete the On-Line application at one time.
When you have completed your submission, click on the "REVIEW/ERROR-CHECK" button on page 36 to check for errors or incomplete answers.
When you have completed your submission, click on the
"FINAL SUBMISSION" button. BE CAREFUL!
Once you have clicked on this button, you can
NO LONGER MAKE ANY CHANGES to your submission; therefore,
DO NOT click on this button until you are sure you have included
everything you wanted to submit.
The last step in the process is to download the PDF file which will contain a copy of your on-line submission. It is recommended you save this file onto your computer or a memory stick and then print ONE COPY from that file. You and your parent/guardian are required to sign the first page of the application and hand it in to your school counseling office no later than 3:00 P.M. on February 3, 2017.
Your application will be printed "Single-Spaced" and compressed together to minimize the amount of paper used/filed.
This "paper-copy" is primarily used to obtain a backup printed copy in case of computer problems and to obtain the required student/parent signatures.
We use computer monitors, with the appropriate font size and double spacing of the text, to review/evaluate the applications.
DO NOT WAIT until the last day!
Remember computers CRASH and printers break!
Don't be caught short. Finish it up early!
For security reasons, a time-limit exists on our open interactive webpages.
A count-down timer is displayed on the bottom of each page of the On-Line Application Program. The timer begins its countdown when you start each page. Every time you click on the "SUBMIT/SAVE" button, the counter is reset. If you work more than 25 minutes on a page, without saving your information, a "warning message" will display. If you see this message displayed, stop working, click on the "SUBMIT/SAVE" button and then return to the same page and continue your work.
If you do not click on the "SUBMIT/SAVE" button within 3 minutes of the warning, you will lose the information you entered on the page and you will be returned to the Log-On page.
If you do not have "java enabled" on your computer, the count-down timer and the warning will not work. Therefore, if you have not clicked on the SUBMIT/SAVE button within 28 minutes, you will lose the information you entered on the page and you will be returned to the Log-On page.
